OK, this is happening way too often now. It's like turning the open sign in the middle of the day to closed. When customers arrive, its like saying "sorry, not really interested in serving you".
You have now alienated this customer...time to go to another establishment.

P.S. Just a little piece of advice as I leave to help you: Post something controversial! That's what generates discussion. What about your "Blog Marketing Plan"? Did you advertise to a disinterested segment of society?
