Pros and Cons...Week FOUR!

Well week four is almost over, just one more game. Hopefully McNabb can get me at least 4 in my TD only league. If Westbrook can get me 50+ points I should go 2-0 for the week.....yeah right.

Here are your pros and cons for week 4:

PROS-

QB- Marc Bulger STL
328 yards and three TD with 0 INTs.
He picked apart DETs secondary, and dropped some big yards. He spread it around as 2 of his WRs got 100 yards. Good game for those of you who have been patient.

RB- Laurence Maroney NE
For those of you gutsy enough to start this guy after his dismal performance last week you were rewarded with 125 yards and 2 TDs...he even threw in an additional 15 yards receiving. I had these points sitting on my bench in my keeper league, but I'm glad to see these types of games.....poor Bengals....poor Palmer!

WR- Santana Moss WAS
This was just a straight up silly game for Moss. 138 yards and 3 TDs? In a typical performance league that would be about 31 points, that's better than his previous best for the year (6) by 25 points! Again if you were patient, you were happy!


CONS-

QB- Alex Smith SF
Well I guess I got swept up in the early hype of the SF offense a little too much, as I picked the 49ers to beat the winless Cheifs. Smith dropping a mere 92 yards, zero TD, 2 INTs and getting sacked 5 times, was no doubt instrumental in the niners 0-41 defeat.......ugly.

RB- Edgerrin James ARI
Edge had his worst outing of the year so far with a 41 yard/0 TD line for week 4. I'm not sure how much of this is the QBs fault, but maybe now that Leinart is going to be the man things will start looking up for James....don't count on it.

WR- Drew Bennett TEN
Bennett is obviously going to struggle with the entire Titans team as Young gets in and takes his knocks. Bennett managed only 10 yards on 2 receptions. If you're in one of those PPR leagues that totals.....umm...3 points. Good job Bennett, see you on the waiver wire.

BTW did you pick up Cotchery like I told you to?
I did and got 65 yards and a TD! Nothing extreme, but I'll take it!
